C.J. Mayer
Welcome to my fundraising page! In 2026, I set a goal to run the New York City Marathon. On November 1, I’ll be taking on 26.2 miles as part of Fred’s Team to support Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
This marathon is especially meaningful to me because I am running in honor of my mom, a two-time cancer survivor and patient of MSK. I’ve seen firsthand the incredible care, compassion, and expertise that MSK provides to patients and their families.
I’m also running in support of everyone I know—and the millions of families around the world—whose lives have been touched by cancer.
100% of every donation goes directly to groundbreaking cancer research at MSK, helping doctors and scientists develop better treatments and bringing us closer to a world without cancer.
Thank you for supporting this cause and helping me turn every mile into hope.
100% of Your Donation Supports Research
Named in honor of New York City Marathon co-founder and MSK patient Fred Lebow, Fred’s Team brings together passionate runners and supporters to lead the way against cancer. 100% of the funds I raise will go directly into MSK labs, where doctors and scientists have expertise in more than 400 types of cancer and work every day to find new cures.
Donate Today!
When you make a gift to Fred’s Team, you help MSK researchers develop better treatment options for the people who need them most. Together, we can make a big difference.
Thank you for your generosity!
