Hello and welcome to my latest fundraiser.  Whether you know me or not, I have an interesting story to tell.  I have stage 4 colorectal cancer and I have been fighting since March of 2022.  I went through chemotheraphy, radiation, and two surgeries, before I was declared NED (no evidence of disease).  Turns out, my cancer was hiding in my cells and I'm now back in chemo and soon to start radiation.  

Through this process, I have become a big advocate for making people aware of the symtoms of colon cancer, while also raising funds for the team at MSK, who work tirelessly to save my life.  My last fundraiser was a Warrior Walk, where we raised over $30k and it all went to helping launch 3 new colorectal clinical trails in 2024.

This fundraiser is a laid back afternoon at my friend Pete's bar.  Together we can drink a few craft beers, raise money for MSK, win some fun raffles, and learn more about colorectal cancer. Pete's bar is named Campground Craft Beer & Coffee and it's address is 208 Sea Cliff Ave, Sea Cliff, NY 11579.  The event is Saturday, April 6, 2024 from 3-7 pm.  I plan to speak around 4 pm and we will have some raffles given away around 6 pm.  Entry is $50 at the door and all drinks plus some tasty burgers will be included in that cost.
