Year two is dedicated to my friends Brittany and Liz. Two of the most remarkable people I’ve met in my life, both lost to cancer in the last year. Each mile will be in honor and celebration of two women who lived with their whole hearts. Brittany was pure joy, in every situation. Liz was strength, fierce until the very end. Liz was the reason I signed up for the marathon last year, Brit was there to cheer me on. 

This race is deeply meaningful to me. It’d mean the world for you to partner with me by donating. I know cancer is personal to everyone, in one way or another.  I look forward to the day where it breaks less hearts, when outcomes are improved by the research Fred’s Team helps to fund.
