My mom, Stephanie, was diagnosed with ovarian cancer earlier this spring. In typical SZD fashion, she is handling it with strength, grace and her good humor- we're confident she'll be back to running the world in no time. I'm running the 2023 Prospect Park Half Marathon on September 17th (during ovarian cancer awareness month, no less!!) to raise money for MSK's research so more women can receive the necessary treatment that my mom did.
